CONSULT WITH US

Our team will help you select the right project based on your needs, whether you're looking to invest or live there. We'll work with you to find the perfect unit or lot and determine the right deposit structure for your budget.

SUBMIT WORKSHEET

We'll assist you in analyzing the floor plan, view, floor choices, and suite price to determine which suite is right for you. When you have found the perfect suite for you, reserve it with ease by completing a reservation worksheet. This worksheet details your desired suite and preferred floors, as well as your contact information and occupation.

SIGNING THE AGREEMENT

After confirming the suite allocated to you, your platinum agent will assist in scheduling an appointment for you to sign the agreement, either virtually or in person. Multiple copies of the agreement will be signed by all parties involved to ensure everyone has a copy.

10 DAY COOLING PERIOD

After signing the agreement, you'll have a 10-day "Cooling off Period," which is required by law to give you time to review your decision. During this time, you can cancel the agreement without penalty if there are any issues. This provides peace of mind that your finances are in order.
